Orders & Pricing:
-Minimum order is $100.00

Terms:
-Net 30 Days for JBT #1 and JBT #2 Rated accounts.
-If not JBT #1 Rated, please provide 4 credit references to open an account.(download form below)
-All major credit cards are accepted or we will ship C.O.D.

Return Policy:
-All returns must be authorized "first by Shogun Pearl."
-All returns for full credit must be made within 15 days after receipt of merchandise.
-After 15 days, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the merchandise. No refunds will be made, exchange only.

Repair Policy:
-We cannot guarantee the quality of workmanship or materials of any merchandise returned for repair which has been sized, damaged or otherwise altered in any way by the customer.
-Customer is responsible for all repair charges and shipping charges.

-Prices are subject to change without notice. Certain items may be discontinued without notice.

International & National Policies:
-For all international orders, we only accept "WIRE TRANSFERS IN ADVANCE."
-A "Credit Reference Check" is required for all new customers.
